Privacy notice

We collect the name, email, phone number, pickup and delivery addresses, piano measurements, access details, room placement, and preferred dates and times you submit to prepare a quote and coordinate your requested move.

You may optionally submit photos of your piano, entrances, stairs, and intended placement. Photos are resized for upload and re-encoded to remove embedded camera metadata. Please avoid including people, identity documents, payment details, or unrelated personal information.

Quote requests and photos are stored through our website’s hosting providers and are accessible through our private owner inbox. They are not published on the website. Our hosting providers process this information to operate the service.

Submitting a quote request does not subscribe you to recurring marketing emails. Your preferred date is a request, and becomes a booking only when we confirm it with you.

To request a correction or deletion, submit a new request identifying your earlier request and what you want changed or deleted. We may verify your identity before acting.
